Overview
Benjamin K. Griffin is a senior trial attorney with a multi-jurisdictional practice, who believes in assisting his clients with a full spectrum business needs approach. In addition to being a California licensed real estate broker, Mr. Griffin is an experienced and accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on civil trial practice in California as well as the Pacific Northwest (Washington and Idaho). He has been recognized as one of the top attorneys representing real estate brokers in Southern California, as well as having been appointed to consecutive terms on the California Escrow Law Advisory Committee by two separate Commissioners of the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.
Mr. Griffin has been practicing law in California since 2005. He previously was a Partner at an Orange County based law firm. Mr. Griffin has represented lenders, real estate brokers, title, and escrow companies, and has significant trial experience, in business and real estate matters, and acts as general counsel for several regional companies. He has appeared on behalf of clients in multiple arbitrations, ethics hearings and before the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) and the California Department of Business Oversight (DBO). He is also admitted in the District of Columbia, the State of Idaho, and the State of Washington.
